Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi SCA! As a personal sufferer of severely dehydrated skin- i dont see how adding moisture to you skin helps repair the moisture barrier itself- because in my understanding the whole problem of a damaged moisture barrier is that it cant retain any moisture that put in to it- so how does loading your skin with humectants and occlusives repair this barrier?Im mainly asking this question out of personal frustration of trying to fix my moisture barrier for 4 months now- ive used consistently manuka honey mask followed be a hada labo ha serum, followed by a heavy cream and vaseline while sleeping with a humidifier. My skin looks super plump-fine lines gone right after doing my routine- but what do you know 1 to 2 hours later all moisture is gone- my skin is pulled taunt squeezing for ever bit of water while at the same time leaking like the bp oil spill- it feels and looks like shit- im doing exactly what should be done- but it still does not retain any moisture http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=4ugsw5&s=9&scrlybrkr=525caf78 http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2mmutzm&s=9&scrlybrkr=525caf78 sorry for low quality pics they dont do justice of the amount of lines - you might have seen them before from a past post - following your guys advice the inflamtion has gone down significantly!!! yet- if you saw it up close you would see my skin has thousands of little lines pulled tight- i dont care about line i dont care about texture- i just care about feeling normal again and not having to oil blot every hourthanks :)))
