[Skin Concerns] I have old acne scars (larger ones) on the sides of my nose, they seem to have left a bumpy shiny area there. There is like 3 or 4 on each side. Is there anyway to get rid of them?

They're from the past 4 or 5 years and they seem to have stuck, is there any hope on getting rid of them? They're only on my lower nose skin on both sides. Do you know if laser resurfacing could work? Or is there a cream that could possibly help?
