[Acne] People who break out from oil cleansing

Hi SCA! :)I've noticed this trend in quite a few people -- some tend to do incredibly well with oil cleansing, and others seem to break out pretty badly. I know this can be due to the type of oil used per individual and comedogenicity of each oil, but some tend break out using oil cleansing no matter what. Personally, I tried oil cleansing when I discovered this sub a few years ago and comedones took over my face, despite trying many different oils.I've just been curious if sensitivity to oil cleansing points to a general trend in these individuals, such as a sensitivity to fatty alcohols, the types of breakouts you normally have, or perhaps a sensitivity to fungal growth. What have you noticed? Do you think there could be a correlation? Conversely, if you've responded well to oil cleansing, why do you think that may be?
