[Skin Concern] I wash all my clothes by hand, and after 24 hours, the skin on my hand peels off. Is this healthy or not?

Yeah. I'm a pleb from a 3rd world country.I dont use bleach. I only soap bars. I switched to different bars just to see the effect and it still do the same thing to my hands. The skin peels off when I rub them against each other and I feel goosebumps.Is this healthy for my skin? The skin peels off right?
