[Skin Concern] Single small, red, itchy dot appeared on my hand, now I have 2 more on my arm a week later. Not sure what it is or how to treat it.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
PictureI started a job as a housekeeper at a hotel last month. About a week ago I get this red bump on my hand. No big deal, it happens. It's very itchy like a mosquito bite and protrudes from the skin. There is no pus, no signs of an insect bite, nothing. I thought maybe it was from the cleaning chemicals at work, but this is on my left hand (I am right hand dominant, that hand touches the chemicals the most). I wear a band-aid to work. For some reason when the band-aid is on it, the itching is reduced. As soon as I expose it to air, it itches horribly again.I have sensitive skin. I haven't used any new products at home, it's just work, and you'd think these same spots would appear on my right hand. Well I just waited around for this red spot to disappear, and it's not reduced or going away at all. I was itching my left arm earlier when my husband pointed out I have two more of these dots on my upper arm, and that's what I was scratching. It's stressing me out!I know most people would jump to "go to a doctor/dermatologist", but I'm an immigrant without any health insurance right now. I'm getting some serious dental work done and paying for everything out of my own pocket because I need to get that work done. Unless this red dot looks life-threatening, I'm not willing to go to a doctor. I'd much rather stick with over-the-counter topical creams or home remedies to try and get it to go away.I have been Googling like crazy, searching for any similar things. I thought maybe bed bugs, but it's just single red dots, not lines or patterns. And I know I'm working in a hotel, but I don't have any reason to suspect bed bugs beyond that (I'm checking our mattress tonight just to be safe though). I also thought maybe it's hives, but I've never had hives before, and I'm not 100% sure that's what it is or how to go about treating that. I'm confused, a bit lost, and very ITCHY! ): Could really use some suggestions/advice here, thank you!edit: Adding that it's not a flea bite. We have an indoor cat, and I know what those look like! For tonight I'm putting on a band-aid and some Neosporin and hoping it looks better in the morning.
