[Skin concerns] Desperately need help with my Seb Derm skin, sea salt made it worse and I'm lost (pics inside)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm 24 M, I've been suffering from Seborrheic Dermatitis since high school, only started treating it last year. I've been on SCA for a while but decided to make a throwaway for this.My skin normally doesn't flake (until recently from sea salt) and I don't have a severe dandruff problem, but my face is constantly red and oily, a lot more red/darker than the rest of my body.I went to 3 different dermatologists and all of them prescribed me topical anti-inflammatory acids and antifungals. They had a mindset of "as long as it doesn't kill you you're good to go", and my skin did not burn, and only flaked slightly. The medicine did not help and I started looking into diets and natural\alternative treatments.I tried different oils and they made me break out, tried putting shampoos on my skin and it didn't make a difference, tried anti-inlammatory, anti-yeast, low on sugar diet but so far no results. Finally, I decided to try the Sea Salt solution so many people recommend online, and to wash my face with it twice a day for a week. It made my skin worse and now it flakes and burns, and is full blown Seb Derm.I'm confused as to why? Sea salt is supposed to be one of the healthiest, risk-free treatments out there. I know it dries the skin but this is excessive, and my skin is still oilyPictures from 1-2 weeks ago:http://i.imgur.com/AvsDkGF.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/Wky02Hi.jpgCompare the color of my face to the color of my neck + they were taken under flash and white light respectively, to highlight the "infected" areas. After using sea salt for 3 days:http://i.imgur.com/zy8wjKd.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/L2bZjlt.jpgCan someone tell me what happened and what I should do next, beside not leaving home? Did anyone read/hear a similar story and knows about some possible treatments that I haven't tried yet?My routine is nothing right now. So far I washed my face with water and avoided cleansers and moisturizers, I haven't found one that would help and not make my face flare up.I wish I could find a proper dermatologist but it's hard where I live right now.
