Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi! I'm an F/22 with somewhat oily skin. I work out almost daily and i'm very much into fitness and nutrition. I recently switched to a low-carb diet which as a result has me eating high protein and a higher amount of fats than usual. I've been doing this for the past two weeks and tonight I noticed that I'm developing milk spots. You can see one above my eyelid, this one has been there for about a YEAR and won't go away. The new ones are below my eye and to my lateral side, above the birthmark. (The red spots below are possibly because I waxed the hair off my face about two months ago, causing the bumps).I think these milk spots may be due to the sudden increased intake of fat? I've been eating a LOT of eggs for protein, as well as cheddar cheese. I also ate cream recently but only once. I also eat a lot of chicken and yogurt. I had milk spots a couple of years ago and they only went away when I got a facial and the aesthetician removed them herself. My mother keeps telling me to poke them with a sterile needle but I'm too scared. Is there anything I can do about these? Are they due to the fat or eggs? They also get in the way of makeup and the sudden increase is now making me insecure.
