[Acne] 20 years old male Fed up with my skin please help

Hello. I'm a 20 years old male that is sick and tired of my bad skin.Ever since I turned 18 I have had acne around my mouth non stop.It's so annoying, and embarrassing.I don't like going outside or hang out with my friends as much because I always have acne around my mouth.Some people mistake it for herpes. (It's not herpes)But it's a constant annoyance. Every time one goes away another one pops up right next to it. And its always start off with those blind pimples and I always have to use benzoyl peroxide to dry it out and scrap it off.My skin gets kinda oily.So if someone can please help me get rid of this crap it be really appreciated.I'm willing to do creams, face mask, whatever.Most of the time I go to the dermatologist which is like 5 times they say the same thing."Don't touch your face""Here is some benzoyl""You're skin is fine"This one annoys the hell out of me. Because they always say it's fine when I have like 5 pimples above my upper lip.BTW I don't know if this is relevant but to give you a picture of how bad my skin is if is squeeze a part of my skin some stuff comes out of my pores.Anything to get rid of my acne and to keep my skin clean Would be great
