Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey everyone. I'm not sure if the title accurately captures what I'm trying to ask. I know hydration is key, but I'm curious to hear about what people are eating or drinking (other than water), or avoiding, to benefit their overall skincare routine.Mine are:Switching from black tea to green tea for the antioxidant benefits. I'm feeling pretty zen, so I'll stick with this even if this isn't actually benefitting my skin.Making morning green smoothies with spinach, ginger, and various fruit whenever possible.Trying to avoid dairy (I noticed it exacerbated my acne), as well as refined foods
