[ACNE]Could coffee have been causing my outbreaks this whole time?

My acne was almost nonexistent during summer. After summer when school started again it got worse and worse. This was after I started drinking coffee because school was really important and I had to focus. Does anyone else have experiences with acne related to coffee?
