[Product question] Is Neutrogena's visibly clear 2-in-1 a good source of BHA exfoliation (when used as a mask)? What are your experiences with it?

It has salicylic acid in the beginning of the ingredient list. I've heard SA is active only when it's somewhere in the middle of the list. I used it as a mask about 3-4 times and I think my skin is either purging or angry. I can't tell just yet.
