[Skin Concern] I think I've gotten a wart in one of the worst possible places, the tip of my nose. What to do?

Very embarrassing :/ At least I believe its a wart, http://imgur.com/a/CJZRL. It started as a pimple but now has been there for about 2 weeks and I don't think it plans to go away any time soon. What should I do to try and remove it? Preferably from home?Searching around I read about apple vinegar but I also read that it turns it black which I do NOT want. Is there any way to just reduce it and how long will it take?Thank you for your help.
