[ACNE] Calling all healthcare professionals: How do you prevent breakouts under your surgical mask?

I wear a surgical mask for 4+ hours per day. I inevitably sweat as I work, and breathing and exhaling into the mask creates a pocket of moisture around my face. By the time I take off my mask, there's a string of little pimples underneath. Does anyone have any suggestions/experience to prevent this?Thanks in advance!
