Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi, i just woke up with a pretty horrible outbreak of pustules, and i don’t really know what to do? i’ve been struggling with acne for well over a year, but it has never gotten this bad overnight?Since 31/1 i’ve been on differin and lymecycline, before that i was on duac. i haven’t noticed much of an improvement, except that differin somewhat speeds up the process of already active acne. My skincare routine hasn’t changed in months, except that i tried a new moisturiser a few weeks ago (the cetaphil face moisturiser for dry/sensitive skin i believe it’s called). it has helped a lot with my dry skin, and everything’s been 'normal' until yesterday so i assume that’s not what’s causing it. i eat healthy (no meat, minimal dairy). i tried cutting out dairy of my diet because i’ve read that’s a common cause for acne on the chin, but i haven’t noticed any improvement. My acne is mostly on my chin (that's where it started), but i have quite a bit on my left cheek as well, and it's starting coming on the right (sigh).i have a very important event next tuesday and i need to get rid of these asap. But if you have a long term solution as well that’d be great….. i feel like i’m gonna go insane if i don’t get my skin under control soon, so if you have any tips at all i’d really appreciate it.i’m not sure how you post links on reddit haha, but i uploaded two photos here: http://imgur.com/a/02Ik3 it doesn't look like a lot but there are lots of small ones that's not very visible. please help!!
