Beauty Tips For Body Care
I had been using another topical, Zineryt, but unfortunately it is just no longer working for me. Now I have BP but I have heard that it can be incredibly irritating so I'm looking for a bit of reassurance as to how to use it best.My routine is: AM: OCM with Simple Hydrating Oil Cleanser (mostly grapeseed/vit E), Cleanse with Simple Refreshing Gel facial wash. Moisturise with Cetaphil moisturising cream, and then I finish with Nivea sunscreen.PM: OCM and cleanse as I did in the morning. Apply Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid. Wait 30mins-1 hour then moisturise with Cetaphil.Obviously up until now that would've included Zineryt. I plan on switching the BHA to the morning and using the BP at night- anyone tried this? I'm currently in the purging phase of BHA so I don't really want to stop using it now however I am seriously worried about the potential irritation which could happen as a result of using both. Any ideas? I have pretty dry sensitive skin as well. Does BP have an expiration date? Any other things I should know? It seems it can cause increased PIH in some people so any ways to reduce that? Anything else I should change in my routine whilst using BP?
