[Product Question] Products that cool down skin without drying it out?

Hi!With temperatures on the rise, I increasingly find my skin feeling hot and blushing. Ingredients like alcohol, camphor etc. would probably help to cool my skin down, but it so happens that my skin is very dry and rosacea-prone, so these products are out of question.Do any of you know products that refresh and cool down hot, red skin without any drying, irritating ingredients?Thanks a million in advance!
