[Routine help] cleansing after exercise?

Hey ScA! Long time lurker, first time poster...Twice a week I go to a lunchtime exercise class at work, and I'm totally clueless on what I should do with my face afterwards. Do I cleanse, and then cleanse again in the evening before bed? Moisturise? Ignore it? I'm currently just splashing with water and patting dry before going back to my desk, and wondering if this is doing more harm than good...Daily routine, if it helps... concerns are PIH and some infrequent (but nasty) spots.Morning - wash with waterApply The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (as of this week, so nothing to report progress-wise yet!)Moisturise with Body Shop Skin Defence Multi Protection Essence (SPF 50 PA ++++) (I'm in the UK)Evening: Remove makeup with Garnier micellar water pink capWash face with Simple Kind to Skin refreshing facial wash gel(Every other night) nip and fab glycolic daily cleansing pads(Nights not using nip and fab) The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%Moisturise with Simple kind to skin moisturiserAny tips would be much appreciated!
