[Skin Concerns] Blackheads (?) with tiny hair on neck and flaking skin

Hey all, this is my first time posting here.I have little blackheads on my neck, right under my jaw. When I squeeze them, there's always a yellowish chunk with a hair inside. Not a big black one but rather a normal tiny super light body hair. Can I do something against this?Also, I am currently on accutane. My Skin used to be acne-prone and combination. It was also super oily in the t-zone. Now my skin is really really dry and starts flaking super bad around the nose, chin and forehead. Can you guys recommend me a cheap and in europe (Germany) available moisturizer?The products I use at the moment: balea ultra sensetive toner or bioderma sensibio. Serums I use are skin food peach sake serum and an anti-age one from Rossmann (drugstore chain in germany). I moisturize my skin with the gold caviar collagen cream from Skin Food. My night mask is the Etude House Moistfull Collagen Sleeping Pack. For washing of my make-up I use the banilla clean it zero.Sorry if my english is bad, it's not my native language.
