[Acne] Late 20's, never had these sort bumps before?

I made a Reddit account just to post this. I am at my wits end with trying to figure out what is going on with my skin. I've been lucky enough to not have terrible acne through my teen years. My 20's have seen the occasional cystic pimple around my period but nothing like these.What the heck are these? They're all along my jaw line and behind my ears as well on my forehead. I don't know what they are so I don't know how to treat them.
