Hello,I am currently using Dettol Antiseptic Hand Wash on my back since i have what seems to be bacterial folliculitis(i have infected hair follicles and they do not respond to antifungal treatments like zinc).The main ingredient is Benzalkonium chloride,i have started also exfoliating with a loofah.I have not had any irritation or allergic reaction and my skin is not dry afterwards.Do you think benzlokonium chloride is an effective treatment for what seems to be folliculitis?Many thanks!
