Beauty Tips For Body Care
I see so many posts about the benefits of each of these all the time. The problem is, some (like vit c and retin a, or Niacinamide and vit c) seem to have lots of issues being applied in the same routine. I want the most benefits for my skin, but I have trouble figuring out what I need to implement and what I dont. Ideally all the benefits of each of these sound good, but given the pH imbalances my AHA and BHA leave, and how some of these ingredients done exactly play nice together, it's hard to know how to incorporate everything into my routine, and if I should even attempt to. Does anyone else struggle with this? Is there a way to use it all properly, without losing the benefits?A bit about my journey with SCA: my skin has always been pretty great with new products and doesn't break out much. I did Accutane for backne, but that's it. I've slowly tried to implement the subreddits suggestions, but sometimes it's alot--like now! Also, can someone tell me how long I should be waiting between each step so that my pH is good? My toner is supposed to reset my pH but I'm skeptic...thanks! Also, thoughts on the 10 step Korean skin routine versus a less rigorous one? I'm trying it atm.Routine AM: Cerave foaming facial cleaner, stridex in the red box, first aid beauty chemical exfoliation pads, son and park beauty water to tone and lightly exfoliate, missha time revolution essence, missha time revolution ampoule, klairs vit c serum, origins ginzing eye cream, clinique moisturizer (the yellow one, sometimes I change this step up though), and Neutrogena sunscreen.PM: Ponds cold cream, Cerave foaming facial cleaner, lavender konjac sponge, micellar water, missha time revolution essence, missha time revolution ampoule, cereve skin renewing cream serum (with retinol 1% and niacinamide, ceramides, and hyalouronic acid), sometimes a face mask, clinique all about eyes and first aid beauty moisturizer.
