Beauty Tips For Body Care
First off I'll say as a dude, posting here is weird enough that I feel the need to use my throwaway that I never use. Lol anyways I'm a seventeen year old guy and I get scalp psoriasis pretty bad, mainly in winter when the air gets try but a little bit in the summer too. My current routine is to use Zinc shampoo on my scalp for fifteen minutes using cold water to soak, apply and rinse with. I then towel try my hair, but I feel like that isn't the best with the irritation of the skin and what not. I also occasionally use a steroid called clobetasol propionate to break up pockets, but was told not to use it often. My psoriasis isn't that bad, mainly a few pockets on top of my scalp about where my hair originates from (I don't know if there's a proper term for that, sorry) and a few red dry patches on my hairline on my forehead. The steroid clears the spots on my forehead quickly but I have trouble killing the buildup of plaque on top of my scalp. I'm also a white guy, if that means anything. Is there anything you guys can give me as far as tips and advice? I'd appreciate it a lot and thanks for having me on your sub.
