[Skin Concerns] three large under the skin bumps on my face, very unsure how to treat them!

Long time lurker of this sub, but I'm still very new at everything and am at a loss how to solve this problem.I've had a large bump on my cheek for about a week, and it's beginning to grow smaller. But two more of these suckers have popped up on my chin overnight. Gonna attach a pic for reference: http://imgur.com/eM6Tr9RAll three have never developed a head, they're painful, and underneath my skin. The one on my cheek is constantly red and shiny, and the other two aren't AS obvious but still noticeable. Should I slap a hydrocolloid bandage on them? Leave them alone?
