[Acne] Can anyone lend me some advice for dealing with this monster on my chest? I want to avoid a major scar and I am so lost.

Hey Guys, long story short I have been on accutane for 2.5 months and I've been having some bad chest acne since I started. Two weeks ago I got a decent size zit on my chest, I've tried to handle it with bp, iodine, and hydrocolloid bandages, but it just won't heal, probably because of the accutane.
