[acne] EMERGENCY!! How to take down a huge cystic pimple fast? I have a date tonight and it's so huge :(

I have exactly 12 hours to make this giant pimple go away. It's sitting right between my eyebrows and so far all I've done is put some benzoyl peroxide cream onto it. Is there anything that's worked for you guys to take it down quick??It's the one pimple I can't cover up with makeup because it's THAT huge. It's too cold here for me to pretend I got a mosquito bite. Please please help he's so cute and it's our first dateI take minocycline twice a day to combat my acne, along with tretinoin .005% cream at night and clindamycin in the morning, I use neutrogena sunscreen, Purpose gentle cleansing wash, and aveeno moisturizer as well. HELP :(Should I just cancel?? I've cancelled on him twice already for legitimate reasons so if I do it now he'll think I don't like him darn it
