[Acne] For those who accutane was a failure, have you found anything else that worked?

Finished my second course of accutane about 5 months ago. My worries came true once again because about two weeks ago I've started breaking out full force again. I took 80 mgs a day for 11 months as a 170 pound 19/20 year old male.As the title says, for those in my position, have you found anything else that worked?
