I might get blasted or down voted for this, but I just wanted to share my personal experience. For the past month I have made a dedicated effort to drink 3L of Water a day. I feel like 2L is enough but as a college student who plays sports and lifts 3L of water has helped out my skin tremendously.My skin looks brighter, my lips are softer, and my dark circles eye/bags are no where near as bad as they usually are. (They are still there though)Of course I have a routine thanks to SCA which has kept me acne free with only PIH to deal with. But I'm extremely confident in my skin now and Water has been a huge supplemental factor!YMMV, but try it out for one month and be dedicated. Stick to your routine and include drinking enough water as part of it!An app that helped me with this is Water Drink Reminder on Android. It gets hella annoying with notifications but it has kept me disciplined.
