[Miscellaneous] Would a 2% BHA Cleanser be better than a gentle cleanser at removing sunscreen?

I see posts and articles recommending oil cleansing to remove sunscreen because the "like dissolves like" principle. Since BHA's breakdown oils as well then would a BHA Cleanser work just as well as an oil cleanser?
