[Product Question] ***Best European sunscreen that doesn't sting the eyes and has the highest level of sun protection?***

I live in the united States and use sunscreen all the time but was made aware of the superiority of European sunscreen.Can you all please give me suggestions on european suncreens that won't burn my eyes? -------PLEASE INCLUDE LINKS WHERE I CAN PURCHASE EACH SUNSCREEN, THANK YOU-------- :-DI also saw some info on Japanese sunscreens but I don't know much about those either.I don't wear make up so the consistency of the sunscreen isn't an issue for me.As far as white tint from sunscreen, I'm dark nor pale so not sure how that would work for me. I want to avoid having a white face like a clown lol. So if it looks like I painted my face to go be a clown I probably won't want to wear that sunscreen (unless the white fades or something)I patiently await your suggestions!
