[Routine help]Is a single cleanser enough to remove sunscreen?

I am currently using this cleanser http://cosdna.com/eng/cosmetic_dfe5260623.html, I was wondering whether or not it contained too few surfactants to properly remove any sunscreen. If so, how do you gage whether or not the cleanser is 'strong' enough to remove sunscreen?
