[Skin Concerns] After avoiding self care for nearly 2 years, how can I best help my poor skin?!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey Skincare Enthusiasts!I'll keep the intro short - 25/male, just came out of a deep two year depression, during which I definitely fell behind the ball in terms of self care and making sure I took care of my body, and now that I'm finally past it, I'm trying to fix one thing at a time - especially my skin - which has seemed to have taken a beating during this period.[P.S - Sorry for including the depression part (and I'm uphill now so no worries!!!), but I felt that conveyed the nature of the lack of care and approach to personal hygiene and taking care of myself]So I'm turning to you all for your advice and suggestions on how to get back to having a 10/10 (or at least close) for skin quality and care, especially for the face, but including the rest of my body. Definitely have to say that both the lack of care towards myself and my skin, and the age factor have both come into play in the last two years. My skin during my teens and young adolescence has always been pretty healthy (both thanks to my genetics and care), but it seems obvious that now age is playing a factor and I have to be more careful and respectful of it.Here are some of the skin issues that I want to treat and approach in the best way possible!FaceAlthough my face has always been pretty good in terms of issues with acne and pimples, it seems to have become rough and more prone to marks and scars from pimples etc.I have a very decent beard growth, and even though I don't clean shave, I do try and keep my lines clean and where I shave (even though I use a decent shave oil and have made sure I soak my face in a hot tower prior to shaving), there seems to always be some sort of ongoing rash or acne due to shaving.Any areas of pimples, cuts or acne that appears ends up taking longer to heal than usual, and more often than not, results in some sort of blemish or scar and in the least, leaves a red rash that takes a couple of days to go away. Also due to the depression (and comorbid heavy anxiety), I spent a good year with a heavy cold sweat and panic sweats especially on my forehead, which meant that I avoided using my usual moisturiser as it just seemed to block my pores and make my skin oily (and very shiny). Although the sweats have reduced significantly, there still seems to be a heavy oily presence on my forehead and nose especially after waking up or prior to going out.BodyFrom what I can remember, my skin has always been pretty good, even though I am very hirsute. I started to try and keep the hair groomed through shaving, waxing and hair removal, though I stopped this during the dark period.I'm now trying to continue this with the aim of getting permanent hair removal (in the next year or two), but using hair removal cream or shaving now results in a heavy shaving rash and increased itchiness. It also seems like my skins seems very dry a lot of the time, especially in areas that under a high level of friction. Using anti-perspirant that acts as a sweat blocker has resulted in a level of uncomfortable reactions and itchiness. What could I do to reduce this?It also seems like there's a regular occurrence of possible in grown hairs and just pimples and rashes (small amounts) but regularly occurring and slow to heal, all across my body especially on my thighs, back and shoulders. A lot of marks from past irritations, pimples and cuts seem to take a very long time heal and a lot of them have left a dark patch of skin left.I can post photos if that makes identifying the best way to address these skin issues easier to understand and adviseBut apart from that any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!Take care y'all.
