I've dealt with grainy, bumpy blemishes in my chin area that never seem to go away, and shiny, oily skin with occasional falky dryness.. Currently, my routine is: AM:   -Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skins -Olay All Day Moisturizer with SPF 15 - Sensitive  PM:   -OCM using mineral oil -Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skins -Stridex in the red box -Cetaphil Moisturizing LotionSo in terms of questions: 1. What are this grainy little bumps I have all over my chin? 2. How do I get rid of them? 3. Any product recommendations? 4. How do I take care of a big, red, popped pimple?
