[Misc] I got fired from LUSH a few days ago...

Beauty Tips For Body Care
And I'm glad I was. I was there for a month and they said I was responsable, nice to the costumers and never had any issues. To them, the reason to fire me was because of the way I told costumers that I did not have any training as to what the products/ingredients did and if they would work. They said that they were gonna give me training soon, for me to ask for help of other employees to help a costumer until I had any training - and I did! I couldn't tell the costumer that in a happy manner though, I wasn't gonna lie and say that natural/fresh ingredients are always better and that the irritants in their products would help with their skintype.I like the brand and the store, but I wasn't gonna lie to a costumer, say that I was still in training when, in fact, I had none of it and that I could help them the best I can, because I don't want to push a product unto a person without knowing every single thing about it. They had no issues with me asking for help though, but they said I made it sound bad to not have any training yet... how could I not? They also said that I have authority issues because I once went against orders and re-wrapped a soap that was badly wrapped at the showcase, with a weird weight and wasn't selling. Right.I like the brand though. They have (a few) nice things.
