Beauty Tips For Body Care
I will be adding TO's salicylic acid serum into my routine soon, but I just want to clarify some things and ask a few questions. Is this ok to use at the same time as lactic acid? In the mornings I just clean my face using Essano Rosehip Micellar Water which contains lactic acid. I don't know how much lactic acid is in the product, however it was enough to effectively clear ALL of my closed comedones up. I'm worried about how this could react with the salicylic acid, and I don't want to over-exfoliate. Is it ok if I continue to use the micellar water in the morning then put the salicylic acid on before bed?If, in the absolute worst-case scenario, my skin does become over-exfoliated, how could I fix that? What exactly ARE the symptoms of over exfoliated skin?I have a bit of dry/flaky skin on my forehead from extracting blackheads and popping blemishes (I know it's frowned upon but this is why I will be using TO's salicylic acid; to get rid of these blemishes so that I don't pick at them in the first place) , would the salicylic acid take care of that? Thanks!
