Here's a pic http://imgur.com/SMiUskxMy acne started when I was about 14, and has been way worse, but I still have acne recurring at a few spots for the last few years. My skin is very sensitive, so when I apply regular Nivea Creme once for example I get a lot of small pimples. Also happens when a spot in my face gets a little friction. I feel like I've got less pimples in the summer. I've used benzoylperoxide (prescribed), but that made my skin very dry to the point of scaling. What should I do/use?
