[Acne] Very hard acne, doesn't hurt when touched. None are irritated, red, or white tipped. When I squeeze hard (I know I shouldn't), it "pops" with a little bit of fluid. Still hard afterwards. I have these on my cheeks and one on my forehead. What type of acne is this, how can I treat it?
