I've tried so many things to fix my chin [acne] (10+ yrs) and would love some help with a routine.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've had acne since my teens. I mostly break out around my face, especially near the sides of my mouth and chin. Occasionally on my neck as well. When I was on birth control, my skin was perfect. I didn't break out and my tone was even, not red. Unfortunately, I can't be on birth control due to migraines. I had to stop spironolactone and nothing from any dermatologist has ever worked for me, even though I am consistent in my routine.I feel upset about my skin and can't leave the house without foundation because I am so embarrassed.I've tried a number of things, but nothing so far has made a significant difference. Some things I've tried include: -cutting out dairy completely -changing products -cleaning pillows regularly -using toothpaste without SLS -borage oil (still trying)I'm curious if any vitamins could cause severe acne or how I can determine if it is a hormone issue. When I did Keto, my skin was much worse, I'm not sure if this will help in diagnosing the problem.I'm not sure if my skin is oily or dry. Usually after washing, it feels tight, so I think I may have dry skin. In the mornings, however, it feels greasy. My routine so far is as follows: AM Cetaphil daily facial cleanser CeraVe AM moisturizing facial lotion (Estée Lauder double wear foundation)PM Estée Lauder eye makeup remover Estée Lauder perfectly clean (cleanser/toner/makeup remover) Cetaphil facial cleanser (2x with EcoTools face brush) CeraVe PM moisturizer 10% benzoyl peroxide gelThanks in advance for any suggestions. This thread gives me hope. :)TL;DR acne since teens, dermatology not helping, chin acne; help with routine?
