Beauty Tips For Body Care
I guess to start with, it should say that I've never had particularly bad skin (except for about 2 months on some medication, but that got changed out pretty quick). I've always had average-above average skin, and after discovering this sub learned a lot more about my skin type and how to properly take care of it. But no matter how much I improve my skin, I always think 'oh I could add this and it will get better'. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. So I was thinking, what is 'good' skin actually supposed to look like? There has to be a limit to what can be achieved but it's hard to tell because we are always surrounded by images of people wearing makeup and/or that have been photoshopped. How smooth and poreless can skin realistically get? I know there will be variation due to genetics, but what is a realistic expectation that isn't altered by makeup, blurring products or photoshop?
