[Product Question] What products have worked for those of you who have ULTRA sensitive skin that breaks out from silicones, fatty alcohols, and botanical plant oils?

I have incredibly sensitive skin that gets clogged when I use products with silicones, fatty alcohols, or plant oils.I realize sensitive skin is all about YMMV, but what specific products or brands have worked for those of you have ultra sensitive skin?For reference, my skin is dry, rosacea, and acne-prone (and obviously sensitive...lol).
