[Skin Concerns] Anybody else's face get really greasy when you're too warm, or anxious?

Any time the ambient temperature is even slightly too warm, my face becomes extremely greasy/shiny. My hair becomes greasy as a consequence as well.I've noticed the same thing happens when I have moderate to severe anxiety for a prolonged time (hence why my face was always greasy when I went to high school).I guess I'm partly curious why this happens, and also wondering if others experience this and what they do to combat it?
