[Skin Concerns] losing hair all over since last year (male 17 years old) and i am pretty sure it's not genetic since my mom and brother are losing it in the same time

Hair loss everywhere including in the sides behind my ear my brother has it too and my mom and we live in the same house it thinning since last year . I went out the country for 2 weeks and when i returned after 2 weeks exactly my hair loss accelerated a lot . I don't know what is causing this it been going on since i was 16 and it's really depressing me.
