Beauty Tips For Body Care
Before I start, here's my face.Since I was 16 I've had such bad cystic acne. I'm also a compulsive popper because I can't bear the sight of seeing huge raised bumps on my face, however it's something I've been making a conscious effort to fix.I know I desperately need to see a dermatologist. My mom had me go see one three years ago, and they prescribed me two different topicals as well as an antibiotic, I don't remember what they were though. That regimen did absolutely nothing for me after sticking with it for months.Fast forward to now. I now live on my own and support myself, I am insured but they won't cover dermatologist visits and I don't make nearly enough to go see one on my own dime. I guess what I'm asking is, is my face too far gone to fix myself without the help of a dermatologist?I know the popping is a tremendous problem. Ideally I'd like to get rid of the scarring caused by it somehow, but I know that's a long shot and I can 100% live with the scarring on my face if it means I stop breaking out so badly. My routine now is probably laughable to you guys. I wash my face once, sometimes twice a day with Dove sensitive skin soap. That's it.Does anyone have any sort of advice? Personally I've never seen anyone with cysts or scarring as bad as mine. It absolutely destroys my self esteem and confidence, which causes me to stress-pop my cysts, which causes me to break out continuously. It's a never ending cycle and I'm at the end of my rope.
