Beauty Tips For Body Care
If there's one thing I learnt in life, is that negativity, stress, whining, etc does not help with anything.Every time I looked at the mirror (the mirrors with heavy fluorescent light), there was nothing in my mind but negativity and pity for myself. I had moderate, to yes, severe acne.I then adapted to something very strange, basically, not looking at myself at the mirror. My reflection only looked good on semi-dark lighting mirrors from somewhat of a distance. That's the only rare times I looked at myself. You know what's its done? It's made me confident. Why? Because I don't know exactly what I look like to others, and neither do want to know. I just want my mind to perceive it's the way I see myself in low-lighting mirrors. I don't need that negative energy.I hate hearing people being depressed from acne, it sucks, and I was close to that position. But what will it bring me? Nothing. FACT: The kind of people that stare at themselves in the mirror and analyze each imperfection are usually the ones insecure!! Stay positive!
