[Acne] Texture on cheeks - what is this? KP, CCs, or something else?

I have these tiny bumps on both my cheeks but don't know what they are. Since I have KP on my arms and legs, I assumed that this is also KP, but I'm not so sure anymore.My skin is dry, and currently, I use an AHA toner which helps a little but not much. Should I start using a BHA as well?Thanks in advance!
