[Personal] DAE see that they skin looks a lot worse with prescription glasses/contacts on?

I'm not severely near-sighted, but enough so that I would need them to drive. I spend most of my time without wearing glasses and wear them only during my classes. But when I look in the mirror while wearing them I see TONS more PIE than I would while looking at my face up close without my glasses on. The pink marks that I do see without the glasses are far more pronounced, too.
