[Routine Help] Looking for a gentle cruelty-free/vegan cleanser for dehydrated skin

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm looking to change up my routine to exclude harsh, drying products that I believe has led to my dehydrated skin.So far, I've managed to find a whole array of products suitable for dehydrated skin that meet my criteria of being cruelty-free/vegan.I had my eyes set on Jason Gentle Basics Facial Cleanser (https://www.amazon.com/Jason-Gentle-Basics-Facial-Cleanser/dp/B01BF14A3U/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8), which doesn't contain petrolatum, sodium laureth sulfates (SLS), parabens or phthalates, and is the alternative to its none vegan/cruelty-free counterpart brands Aquanil, Cetaphil, and CeraVe, which people recommend for their gentle cleansers. The problem with the Jason Gentle Basics Facial Cleanser is that it doesn't ship to Canada from Amazon.com, and is extremely overpriced on Amazon.ca--making it not so readily available here.Any and all suggestions on a cleanser that you think might be worth checking out that is both cruelty-free/vegan, and doesn't contain the aforementioned ingredients, is greatly appreciated!o/
