Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been using Skyn Iceland's Brightening Eye Serum for about 3 months now. It works magic on my dark circles and claims to be great for fine lines as well (I'm in my late thirties so this is a big concern for me). I was using it day and night, to keep up with the wonderful effect on the darkness, waiting for my fine lines to fade. About a month ago, I started noticing that my undereyes were looking very dry so I doubled down on my eye creams (I already used Benefit It's Potent and added Murad Hydro-Dynamic Moisture). The problem kept getting worse - my eyes just kept getting even drier and my fine lines look SO pronounced and much deeper now. My under eyes look like a parched, cracked desert all the time. To top it off, I now have milia from all the heavy creams. So I'm done with the serum.I have switched back to Clinique's All About Eyes because I know from experience that it will clear up the milia while still hydrating me. But that's all it does - it's a perfectly fine moisturizer and nothing else. So my question is - is there anything I can do to reverse the damage done? Am I now stuck with the much deeper lines around my eyes and all the texture? I'm so mad at myself for not stopping sooner but the lightening of my dark circles was too good to give up. Is there anything you guys can recommend to smooth out the area, calm it and repair it? Thanks in advance - I am open to hearing all your ideas!
