Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey guys,So I've come across two schools of thought regarding exfoliation. The first one is our "use acids, retinols, etc to exfoliate and keep your skin looking good", the second one I experienced while getting a Biologique Recherche facials at two different institutes in a Southeastern European country, where I was told that I didn't need retinol, and that acids were stripping my skin and damaging the epidermis.I wanted to know what you guys thought about this. Are we overdoing the acids? Or is that just old school, passé thinking? It seems like every product on the market has some type of acid in it (most likely to make it efficient/sellable/giving visible results), but lately I've been wondering whether to just focus on peptides and hydration.Would love to hear what everyone thinks!
