[acne] ANYONE that knows stuff about fungal acne-- is it just limited to pustules or are hard clogged pores all over cheeks/jawlines symptomatic as well?

the visual search on google shows red pustles but mine is more commedonal around my mouth/jawline,apples of cheeks and has a yellow string/plug that returns a few days after squeezing. Mine skin is very oily and slighty dehydrated. Have had this for years. Gets exacerbated by too much moisture and certain ingredients. Dr ruled it out as fungal a few years ago as it is not 'textbook' but has anyone else had something similar?
