Beauty Tips For Body Care
Since removing my iud about a year ago I started breaking out, which was frustrating as I'd developed a routine with the help of SCA that was working great. I felt like I had to start over. I made a few tweaks and it was going okay but definitely breaking out more than previously.Flash forward months and I started using TO Granactive Advanced Retinoid 2% and my skin hated it, I kept it up for 6 weeks thinking it was purging and then realised there was fatty alcohol in it that my skin hates. I discontinued use and tried to bring it back to basics, however my CCs were out of control. About a month of basics I decided to try the squalane retinoid 2% that I had ordered and my skin seems to be okay with it no more break outs just the same ones it's been 2 weeks). Now I'm trying to clear up come hormonal cysts on chin and forehead and don't want this awful skin I've developed in pictures everywhere for years to come. Please help me manage this a little prior to the wedding if you have any advice.AMVanicream cleanserTO Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate SolutionCetaphil DermaControl MoisturizerNeutrogena Ultra Sheer 60spfPMSafflower OCM (wipe off with dry microfibre cloth)Vanicream CleanserTO 2% Squalane Retinoid OR TO 5% lactic acidNeutrogena HydroBoost Gel CreamOther things:I've been alternating nightly raw honey mask that seems to work calming things down a bit but by the afternoon the next day the cysts are inflamed again.Hydrocolloid bandaids don't seem to do much for me unless pimple has a head and is lanced.I've been trying not to wear face make-up for the most part unless I have a meeting a work.I have my first dermatologist appointment October 12 but the wedding is 2 days later so not much time to do anything after that.I use micellar water before I work out to remove make-up and use a microfibre cloth there to wipe sweat
